UNEC attaches special importance to the development of international relations. The university cooperates with higher education institutions in various countries around the world. Currently, UNEC has partnerships with more than 100 universities across over 30 countries.
UNEC actively participates in Erasmus+, Orhun, and other international programs, creating academic exchange opportunities for students and faculty members. he university offers instruction in several disciplines in English, Turkish, and Russian. UNEC also provides international double degree programs and has established close cooperation with countries such as the United States, France, Germany, Russia, and Turkey.
Cooperation with foreign universities envisages the implementation of student and faculty exchange programs, the organization of joint Summer Schools and double degree programs, the hosting of joint scientific conferences and seminars, as well as the exchange of mutually beneficial experiences. UNEC is also represented at various international conferences and forums.
In order to be included in international rankings, the university continuously improves its activities. The number of international students is increasing year by year. UNEC is steadily becoming a competitive university in the field of international education. Its international relations contribute to strengthening the university’s global reputation.
UNEC’s 3 academic programs and 10 specializations in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration have been awarded international accreditation by FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation).
International students studying at UNEC are citizens of various countries, including the United States, Turkey, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, Algeria, Kenya, Congo, the Maldives, Mozambique, Somalia, and Tanzania.
For the 2025/2026 academic year, 258 international students from 18 countries have been admitted to UNEC.
